Blackpool has also been in the limelight recently for various great reasons such as documentaries, two drama
series, and has accomodated a superb line up of famous faces.
There is no doubt why Blackpool is one of the Uk's favorite destinations. With a fabulous 7 mile promenade to take a stroll, to the razzle and dazzle of the shows, to thrills and spills on the Pleasure Beach, there is certainly something to suit everyone. Besides the obvious attractions Blackpool has so much more to offer such as a visit to Stanley Park where you can play a game of crazy golf, feed the ducks while sailing in a motor boat, perhaps
a visit to the cafe for some light refreshements before indulging in a game of tennis or badminton.
There is just as much for the kids, such as crazy golf, parks, football courts, and also the nearby Model village which is just one of the attractions within walking distance. While you are there you could also visit the
Blackpool Zoo which is situated across from Stanley Park or even take a relaxing break at The De Vere and sample some of their relaxing therapies. |
