TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All accommodation offered is available at the time of payment, and at the quoted tarriff.
accounts must be paid in full on arrival. Cheques will only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made with the propietor
to allow for bank clearence.
meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken.
rooms must be vacated by 10.00a.m on day of departure.
The propieters cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests propperty unless handed in safe custody and signed for by the propietors or an authorised signatory.
In the event of curtailment, and should the accommodation not be re-let the person whose name on the reservations book will be liable to pay for the total cost as per invoice, less any allowance for food and service.
deposits are not refundable under any circumstances, but will be deductible from any claim for compensation arising out of curyailment of the contract.
If payment has been made using a credit or debit card authorised account number, then any payment due owing to curtailment or damage will also be made on this same account number by the propietor. The card holder will be notifird of any such transaction.
The propietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any conts holiday ract should the conduct of any person who is part of the contract cause any detriment to the hotel/guest house or to the well being or comfort of other guests.
By booking this holiday you have entered into a legally binding contract with this establishment, under the terms and conditions detailed above. |
